Welcome to Restaurant Sint-Joris. Since 1971, Restaurant Sint-Joris on the Market Square in Bruges has been run by the same family. After a complete renovation in 2013, our historic building offers a contemporary interior with lots of wood and warm tones, creating a cozy atmosphere. We work exclusively with quality local products from local farmers and suppliers, such as the meat from Natuurvlees Dobbelaere in Damme. Sint-Joris can accommodate parties of up to 90 people and has a beautiful private room Aan de Reien for rent. Enid and Joeri welcome you to the heart of Bruges!
Our Kitchen
With us you can enjoy artisanal Belgian cuisine with dishes such as Flemish stew chops, Ribbetjes Jan Breydel, and meatballs Viven, all prepared with local beers. Try our specialties like Cote a l'Os, Entrecote, and the famous ST J Burger. We also have weekly changing suggestions and delicious lunch dishes.
